About the Property

Werner Fleishmann found the Hotel Brunswick in 2012, physically bare, but full of history, more importantly, full of potential. Thus, Werner purchased the Hotel Brunswick in May of 2012 and fixed the roof and made the hotel safe. Fleischmann decided to finish the remodeling of Phase 1 which is the back building of the restaurant Garibaldi’s, that experienced a good start. The extensive outstanding work will then be the remodeling of the hotel.

The Hotel Brunswick’s story is one rich with history and is one that begins with a man named John Mulligan. Mulligan, a first generation Irish-American, came to Kingman in 1876 from Malden, Massachusetts to escape hardships.

HISTORY

Hotel Brunswick

The Brunswick was one of these historic buildings, and Mulligan created it in conjunction with John W. “Watt” Thompson.
